Is Secret Valley Escape COVID Safe?
Yes! We are registered as a COVID Safe business with NSW and have QR codes in place at all accommodation. We appreciate all of our guests doing what they can do to help our community stay well during this time.
We love the idea of a getaway, but we don't want to make any travel plans at the moment. Can we purchase a voucher to stay with you at a later date?

Is it appropriate to travel during this time? Anything we need to know about?
Please follow the recommendations of government as regulations and measures are being updated regularly regarding the situation around COVID-19. Accommodation premises such as ours have been allowed to remain open and we welcome all travellers who are not under stay at home orders.
As to whether you should travel to stay with us, we ask that you please use your good judgement. Consider the length of your stay as longer stays may help in ensuring good physical distancing overall. And limit the amount of stops you make along the way so that you only pick up essential supplies.
Please let us know if you have any cold or flu symptoms. We recommend that if you feel unwell in anyway that you stay home and postpone your booking.
How have we adjusted to the changes when it comes to cleanliness?
While we have always had measures to keep a high standard of cleanliness, we have recently reviewed our cleaning routine to ensure that our rooms and cottages are thoroughly disinfected especially during this time. For peace of mind, we ensure that there is detailed sanitizing cleaning of high-touch surfaces and increased time in between each check-out and check-in.
Can we come to Secret Valley Escape to self-isolate?
At this time of fluctuation for the accommodation industry, we are fortunate to be able to assist the local community in providing a place of refuge for those that need some space away from others when home may not be appropriate. Our rates for bookings longer than one week are also very discounted, so longer stays get the full Secret Valley experience with less of an impact on the wallet. If we come to stay for a week or longer, will Secret Valley staff be available to do grocery shopping for us?
In short, yes. Please get in touch with us directly to check if your booking dates are appropriate and to put in a request for this additional service. Additional costs for delivery will be considered on an individual basis.
What if government regulations change or our booking becomes no longer feasible due to lockdown?
We are mindful of the ever-changing circumstances, and understand that travel plans may need to change. If you need to postpone your reservation for any reason, then please let us know as soon as possible so we can put your booking on hold until a more appropriate time.
